Responsibilities
Review invoice proposals and exceptions in accordance with individual client contract specifications
Develop a solid understanding of billing rules, escalating rule issues or addition requests in line with policy
Route manual invoices to clients not included in automated billing processes and complete weekly new starts
Manage and resolve billing issues or disputes, identifying root causes and recommending process improvements
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and professional issue resolution
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for internal collaborators, supporting training and knowledge sharing
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Solid critical thinking skills
Ability to make independent decisions using exceptional judgement
Effective listening skills
Motivated with excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
