Responsibilities

Create engaging visual designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements
Design marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, banners, and brand collateral
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into creative assets
Support campaigns with creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling
Edit and enhance images, graphics, and videos as required
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design expertise
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design
Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectively
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred

Motion graphics or video editing experience
UI UX design knowledge
Experience working with fintech, tech, or digital platforms
