Responsibilities
Apply standards to new work instructions
Update precedence networks to support tooling and production schedule decisions
Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency
Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations
Develop, implement, maintain, and status integrated shop operating plans
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis
Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and maintain complex business system factory definitions
Familiarity with production and tooling operations
Experience in developing labor hour estimates and monitoring performance
Preferred
Experience in integrating modular tooling
Proficiency in analyzing changes to approved plans and assessing impact on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery
