Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls
Track and monitor our fleet of trucks as they deliver our products
Must exercise discretion, this position requires the handling of confidential information
Maintain accuracy and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment
Early mornings or late nights may be required depending on scheduling, with expected overtime in the busy season (May-Dec) including some Saturday work
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and dispatch trucks to deliver mix across New Hampshire and Vermont
90% customer facing, while the other 10% requires internal teamwork, coordinating with the Dispatch Manager and QC team, and resolving occasional AR questions
