Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
Provide assistance to leadership, preserving the confidential nature of which he/she has knowledge
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions as needed
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
Qualification
Required
High school graduate with 2+ years of business experience
Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
