Responsibilities
Working as part of the design team to ensure the organized and speedy delivery of projects
Lead a small team of jr staff and direct workflow
Coordinate with multiple consultants
Collaborate throughout the different phases of the project from the early design stages until completion
Assist in putting together presentations for clients and internal reviews
Help put together sets of drawings for DD and CD phases
Qualification
Required
A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch)
A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience
Great design skills
Ability to understand and translate design intent into technical documents
Software requirements: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
Relevant experience is desired (Single-family Residential)
Preferred
Classical design experience
Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape experience
Revit proficiency
