Responsibilities
Under general direction, plans and implements process improvement activities in support of this BioTech best practices
Supports, leads and coordinates projects to improve performance, quality, efficiency and/or cost
Establishes and monitors key performance indicators
Ensures projects are rolled out and delivered according to milestones, budget and other relevant factors
Coordinates site wide project activities with other sites/functions in global company network
Coaches on use of re-engineering techniques to drive improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
5+ years' experience in process management
Demonstrated success in project management and continuous improvement processes
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
Preferred
Six sigma certification/training
