Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
Provide coaching and consultation to drive key people and strategic priorities
Lead change management initiatives
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, organization design, and employee engagement
Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Champion a performance-driven culture through goal setting, talent reviews, and annual performance processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Travel to client groups as needed (approximately 25% annually)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of HR management experience with a focus on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
PHR certification or equivalent
Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
Proven ability to implement HR initiatives in a dynamic, growing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible and adaptable in a high-growth setting
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
SPHR preferred
Global HR experience is a plus
