Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders through Amazon Seller and Vendor Central platforms
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability
Track shipments and resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documentation
Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist with reporting and analysis related to order processing and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is a must
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
