Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a team of six outside B2B sales reps
Driving sales performance across the Greater Philadelphia Area
Coaching reps of varying experience levels to achieve and exceed goals
Creating structured development plans and holding reps accountable
Building pipeline strategies and refining territory focus
Collaborating with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and retention
Monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategy to maximize results
Fostering a high-performance team culture rooted in communication and shared wins
Staying ahead of market trends, competition, and client feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in Copier/MFP, MPS, VoIP, or IT services)
Proven leadership experience with outside sales teams and a strong performance record
Hands-on coaching skills paired with strategic, results-oriented thinking
Strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline management abilities
Preferred
Familiarity with the Philadelphia area business landscape a major plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
