Senior LevelKAPITAL is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Audience Developer to support audience build services for various campaigns. The role involves audience development, technical implementation, and campaign management, ensuring high-quality audience segmentation and documentation.

Responsibilities
Build audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for MyFree and Genre campaigns as well as campaigns to existing Premium Video customers
Develop and implement SQL-based selection logic
Perform quality control and peer reviews
Meet with business stakeholders to review audience requirements, provide input on audience build approach and support troubleshooting efforts
Gather and translate campaign requirements into audience selection strategies
Maintain documentation and tracking of campaign workflows
Build, test, and deliver 6-8 marketable audiences spanning email, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, set-top-box and other owned DIRECTV channels
Code review 6-8 audiences per month built by other developers, providing recommended revisions as needed to meet standard audience practices and compliance
Achieve 98% or higher on-time delivery of audiences and peer reviews as measured in Jira
Qualification
Required
Experience with overall Salesforce Technology
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with SFMC audience build services supporting Set Top Box campaigns and related MyFree and genre-specific campaigns
Experience with Audience Development & Execution
Experience building audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for MyFree and Genre campaigns as well as campaigns to existing Premium Video customers
Experience developing and implementing SQL-based selection logic
Experience performing quality control and peer reviews
Experience with Campaign Management & Documentation
Experience tracking campaign workflows
Experience with Technical Implementation & Data Management
