8+ years expD-A Packaging LLC is expanding its industrial chemical manufacturing platform in Denver and is seeking a Strategic / National Account Manager to help accelerate that growth. This role involves managing large customer relationships and developing private-label chemical programs while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic and national accounts purchasing ICI cleaning and maintenance chemical products manufactured in Denver
Build relationships at customer headquarters and key buying locations while coordinating execution across regional and field sales teams
Identify and lead private-label, reformulation, and packaging opportunities, working directly with operations and product development
Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies, pricing programs, and promotions
Translate customer needs into actionable manufacturing, blending, packaging, and logistics plans
Partner cross-functionally to ensure product quality, reliable supply, and high service levels
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback within the industrial and commercial cleaning chemical market
Manage forecasts, pipelines, and performance against sales and margin objectives
Represent D-A Packaging at industry trade shows and customer meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in ICI cleaning chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing
Proven success managing large, multi-location or national customer accounts
Strong understanding of formulation-driven products, packaging formats, and manufacturing realities
Confident communicator and negotiator with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, technical, and commercial teams
Willingness to travel 50%+ to support customers and sales teams
Preferred
Background with a chemical manufacturer strongly preferred (not just distribution)
Experience with private-label or custom chemical programs is a strong advantage
