Corporate Recruiter

48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America, and they are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across the country. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from team planning and job creation to sourcing candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Track and measure recruitment KPIs
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboarded
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
Screen candidates and set up interviews
Organize hiring events and prepare job fair or hiring materials
Generate weekly and monthly reports
Conduct meetings and or training sessions for Hiring Managers, when required
Implement strategies to improve Quality of Hire and decrease Time to Fill
Provide a positive candidate experience to all who apply
Provide constant status updates to Hiring Managers
Prioritize critical roles and act with urgency when necessary

Required

1-3 years of experience in a Corporate Recruitment role
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS preferred)
Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Track and measure recruitment KPIs
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboarded
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
Screen candidates and set up interviews
Organize hiring events and prepare job fair or hiring materials
Generate weekly and monthly reports

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
Experience recruiting in Canada preferred
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Manufacturing or Construction industries strongly preferred
