Responsibilities
Manage the development and alignment of GDMs with SBGs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across ISC driving global governance, adoption, and deployment as the standard ISC operating system
Drive enterprise alignment of GDMs to support SBG business models and growth priorities
Execute site transformations using Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
Deliver productivity outcomes including DM cost, freight optimization, inventory reduction, agility, and customer satisfaction
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on scalable execution and enterprise best-practice replication
Implement Kaizen principles to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence within the ISC
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of experience in project management within supply chain or manufacturing environments
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects across multiple functions
Strong knowledge of Global Design Models and experience with GDM lifecycle management
Expertise in Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results
