Own and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, providing guidance and support
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Assist with process improvements and help maintain strong internal controls
Partner closely with the Controller and broader leadership team
Lead by example with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
Demonstrated experience managing month-end close in a corporate accounting environment
Prior experience supervising or leading accounting staff
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Strong work ethic; dependable, diligent, and accountability
Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
