Key Account Manager
Animalis Talent Solutions is partnering with a breeder-founded dairy genetics business to hire Key Account Managers. The role involves developing and growing key dairy accounts, building long-term relationships with producers, and providing technical guidance on genetics and herd strategy.
Responsibilities
Developing and growing key dairy accounts
Building long-term, value-led relationships with producers
Delivering data-driven herd and business insights
Providing technical guidance on genetics, reproduction & herd strategy
Representing the brand at industry events and trade shows
Feeding market insight back into the wider commercial strategy
Qualification
Required
Understanding of dairy in practice
Experience in dairy farming or a strong animal/dairy science background
Experience in genetics, reproduction, or herd management solutions
Experience in a consultative commercial role supporting progressive producers
Confidence and credibility in a remote working environment
Organizational skills
Ability to build long-term, value-led relationships with producers
Ability to deliver data-driven herd and business insights
Ability to provide technical guidance on genetics, reproduction & herd strategy
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Preferred
Spanish language skills
