Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join one of its U.S. offices. The Recruiting Assistant will work closely with a Recruiting Manager and other team members to execute the Firm’s summer associate and entry-level recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings using Outlook and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Create, maintain, and update candidate records within the ATS to ensure accurate and timely data

Manage relationships with external search firms, including tracking agreements, communications, and performance

Collect, track, and analyze recruiting metrics to support reporting, forecasting, and process improvement

Support the recruiting team by executing ad hoc projects and assisting with operational needs as they arise

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent education and experience will be considered
