This role will serve as a vital link between the Consumer organization, IT teams, and external partners, focusing on translating business needs into actionable technology solutions and managing high-impact integrations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Consumer experience teams, Marketing, CX) and technical teams (IT, engineering, architecture)
Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements around customer experience, digital journeys, and marketing initiatives
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and/or solution proposals for IT teams
Own and drive end-to-end integration programs, from planning through delivery and support
Coordinate with external partners to align on shared roadmaps and technical solutions
Ensure solutions support seamless customer experiences, particularly in areas like customer care, digital onboarding, and campaign personalization
Track risks, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Care, and Legal
Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates regularly to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technical product, program, or project management roles (flexible title based on your depth)
Background working with Marketing, Customer Experience, or Consumer teams to deliver IT solutions
Experience with customer care platforms, CRM systems, digital marketing tools, or Ad Tech platforms
Familiarity with systems integration, API coordination, and data flow mapping between business and technical systems
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple complex initiatives at once
Ability to speak both technical and non-technical languages fluently — you can explain business goals to engineers and vice versa
Experience working in telecom, wireless, or related industries is a strong plus
Preferred
Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery experience
Prior experience in consumer-facing tech or digital transformation projects
Ability to manage vendor relationships and external partner integrations
Strong documentation and communication skills
Bonus: familiarity with martech stacks or customer lifecycle tools
