Project Administrative Coordinator - Austin Bridge & Road
Austin Industries is one of the nation’s largest, most diversified U.S.-based construction companies. They are seeking a Project Administrator to support project managers and teams by handling administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks to ensure projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Maintaining project documentation (plans, schedules, reports, meeting minutes)
Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items
Updating project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Attention to detail and document control
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Task prioritization and follow‑through
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
Basic reporting and data tracking
Experience in administrative or project support roles
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (business, management, or related)
Familiarity with project management methodologies
