Leave & Disability Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities

Completes system configuration for new clients, products, services, and amendments and including, data review and analysis against system and product requirements
Participate in implementation meetings; contribute to problem solving for complex products within system requirements
Understands how system rules affect all departments, have advance understanding of system integrations between administration and claims system for leave administration
Collaborate and solve problems effectively with business partners
Coordinate deadlines and work cross-functionally with data teams to meet file processing expectations and deadlines
Independently prioritize work with understanding for customer needs and impact across the Voya ecosystem
Process mass administration system data changes and monitoring accounts and reports for accuracy
Run data extracts and ad hoc reports
Acts as a resource for the sales, service, underwriting, implementation, and other internal partners on specific group contract and product provisions
Research questions and open issues clients or internal partners have with respect to their configuration
Participate on project teams and process enhancements, including coordinating and completing user acceptance testing
Other duties as assigned, such as participation on product teams, special initiatives and task forces

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years of Life, Disability, and Supplemental Health Voluntary products experience required
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Strong analytical & attention to detail skills required
Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work during peak seasons
Requires critical thinking, problem solving and technical experience
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree preferred
