Junior HR Coordinator
Global Technical Talent is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation. The Junior HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support to HR Shared Services by handling in-office operational tasks and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities
Print, sort, fax, and mail HR-related paperwork
Open and distribute incoming mail and faxes within HR XPRESS
Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
Log receipt of Leave of Absence (LOA) documentation by updating cases in ServiceNow
Upload LOA paperwork and personnel documents into the document management system
Update and assign HR cases to the appropriate HR team members
Maintain personnel files for office and exempt/management associates
Ensure appropriate authorization for personnel file access requests
Prepare personnel files for external vendor scanning, audit scanning accuracy, and follow up on missing documents
Mail employment verification forms to external vendors for completion
Distribute benefit enrollment materials upon request
Print and mail associate discount cards as requested
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of administrative support experience preferred, not required
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Basic computer proficiency and document handling skills
Preferred
Familiarity with HR systems or case management tools
Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment
