Responsibilities
Define and drive the enterprise AI architecture and technology roadmap aligned with business priorities
Architect scalable, secure, and explainable AI solutions across cloud, edge, environments
Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver high-impact AI initiatives
Oversee integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, data lakes, etc.)
Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, data quality, compliance, and AI ethics
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and IT teams on AI adoption and ROI
Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agentic AI, computer vision, decision intelligence, etc.) and drive their enterprise applicability
Build internal AI capabilities through coaching, training, and developing best practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business or related field
6+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in an architect or managerial leadership role
Proven expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and/or reinforcement learning
Strong proficiency with Microsoft AI software platform and data engineering technologies
Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Palantir Foundry)
Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring, and data governance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience deploying AI solutions at enterprise scale with measurable business impact
Preferred
Background in enterprise manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with ERP, MES platforms, or other large-scale enterprise systems
Understanding of AI security, compliance, and ethical frameworks
Track record of publishing, patenting, or presenting thought leadership in AI
