Contractor Maintenance Professional
RBR-Technologies is a small service-disabled veteran-owned information and technology business committed to delivering customer mission success. They are seeking Contractor Maintenance Professionals to assist the Government in administering contracts, tracking costs, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Responsibilities
Assist the Government in administering contracts including drafting of modifications to contract documents such as TTOs, Award Fee Plans, and CDRLs; tracking, analyzing, and reporting contract costs; and monitoring and reporting on contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and receipt of goods and services
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI w/ poly
Bachelor's degree with a business focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification or DAWIA Level I in both Contracting and Program Management plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eight (7) years may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of nine (9) years may be substituted
Four (4) years of experience in DoD, IC, or commercial contract management or finance is required
Experience updating burn rates, conducting burn rate analysis, and tracking funding run out dates
Experience in reviewing invoices
Experience drafting modifications to existing Technical Task Orders (TTOs)
Experience preparing TTO/Delivery Order funding tables
Experience preparing de-obligation forms and attachments
Experience tracking contract funding against commitment, obligation, and outlay goals
Experience analyzing contractor estimates and QAR data
Experience reviewing spend plan data, ULO, and TAR lines
Experience identifying cost overruns and underruns on contracts
Background in using FACTS, CMIS, and Excel
