Responsibilities

3+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf, new development, and enhancements/support)
Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management
Organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and business areas
Proficient knowledge of Project Management – waterfall and Agile
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail)

Required

Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
Basic knowledge of key concepts and processes within the Software Development Life Cycle
Proficient analytical skills and business acumen; proficient data rigor and attention to details; proficiency in marketing and strategic framework; track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
Basic understanding of relational database architectures and tools
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel. Basic skills/familiarity with other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows) required
