Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical parts
Test hardware and prototypes
Help engineers improve how products are built
Inspect other technicians’ work for quality
Follow written instructions and safety rules
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Communicate clearly with your team
Show up on time and work consistently

Qualification

Electro-mechanical assemblySolderingReading technical documentsBasic tools usageBasic computer skillsLab experienceIPC certificationsEnglish communication

Required

High school diploma or GED
3–5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Experience using basic tools (soldering iron, cutters, crimpers, torque tools)
Comfortable working in a lab environment
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Good English communication skills

Preferred

Soldering or technical training
Lab experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators
IPC-610, IPC-620, or JSTD certifications
