Responsibilities
Define Vision & Roadmap: Architect and communicate the long-term product strategy, ensuring every initiative aligns with mission and the evolving needs of the higher education landscape
Drive AI-Enabled Innovation: Lead the end-to-end development and launch of platforms that leverage AI and advanced analytics to solve complex institutional challenges
Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with institutional leaders and advisory boards to co-create solutions and drive product-led growth
Cross-Functional Execution: Transform strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure high-velocity delivery and operational excellence
Advocate for the Client: Champion a "client-first" culture by integrating proactive support models and continuous feedback loops into the product development lifecycle
Market Leadership: Represent as a thought leader at industry events (Quad community, Campus Connect) and deliver compelling narratives that articulate the value of our FinTech/EdTech ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in leadership roles within the EdTech or FinTech sectors
Experience managing product roadmaps and launching scalable software solutions
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the United States
Preferred
8 years of experience leading product strategy for higher education or complex financial services
Demonstrated expertise in AI integration, user-centric design, and regulatory compliance within EdTech
Proven track record of building and mobilizing high-performing, diverse teams in a remote or hybrid environment
Mastery of executive communication, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners
Experience building and scaling community-led growth initiatives (advisory boards or design partner programs)
