Global Business Development Manager (U.S. Accounts)
IRISO USA, Inc is seeking a Global Business Development Manager to support their U.S. operations from Japan. The role involves managing U.S. customer accounts, introducing new products, and serving as a liaison between customers and headquarters.

Support and maintain existing business
Drive new customer development in collaboration with HQ teams
Serve as a communication bridge between U.S. customers and IRISO HQ
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in electronic components or automotive industry preferred
Prior OEM/Tier1 communication experience is a plus
Understanding of U.S. market expectations and communication styles
English: native level
Motivated individuals who wish to live and work in Japan while contributing to U.S. business activities
Preferred
Japanese: not required (but interest in Japan is preferred)
