Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
Support supply chain operations
Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies
Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities
Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees

Required

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
Candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing a Bachelor's degree, and be at least a sophomore
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
Eligible to complete an 6-month co-op term at our Summit, NJ headquarters. This assignment will take place from March 2026 to September 2026 / 40 hours per week
Possess a strong interest in supply chain management
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Hybrid role based in Summit, NJ

Preferred

A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members; proven leadership ability
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus
