Responsibilities
Schedule appraisal appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment
Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
Qualification
Required
Excellent time management
Proven track record of achieving (or, better, over-achieving) goals
Outstanding communication skills in person and over the phone
Outgoing, friendly attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include some weekends
Computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Some college is preferred, but not required
Call center experience (helpful, but not required)
