They are seeking a Commercial Loan Credit Analyst to support commercial lending by analyzing financial information, assessing credit risk, and preparing credit recommendations in accordance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to assess credit risk
Prepare credit memoranda for new loans, renewals, and modifications for review and approval
Partner with Commercial Loan Officers to support loan structuring that balances growth and credit quality
Support risk ratings, loan structures, and covenant packages aligned with credit policy
Maintain accurate credit files and support audits, loan reviews, and regulatory examinations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to four years of experience in commercial lending, commercial credit analysis, or a related financial services role
Working knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and credit analysis
Ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
