Supporting the financial forecast and planning process
Assist in the development of financial projection models
Trending and forecasting reports
Analysis of actual results
Departmental scorecards
Oversee project and data requests from organizational leaders
Assist with special accounting projects as needed
Lead system forecasting process
Contribute to annual and long-range financial planning of health system revenues and expenses
Assist numerous service lines as a dedicated financial and business partner
Demonstrate expert knowledge as a system financial resource
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
Three to five years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, data analytics, or organizational financial planning required
Proficiency in Excel required
Preferred
Experience in health care environment preferred
