Responsibilities
Act as the CFO’s key strategic partner, unifying FP&A, project management, accounting, and financial systems into a single, efficient operating model
Evolve FP&A into a proactive, forward-looking insight engine to guide capital allocation and strategy
Direct the finance transformation office, driving process redesign, record-to-report modernization, controls improvement, automation, and ERP upgrades
Serve as the senior accounting authority, ensuring high-quality, compliant, investor-grade financial reporting globally
Manage high-volume transactional accounting (P2P, project, cost, inventory, fixed assets, shared services)
Ensure accurate, transparent reporting and valuation for investment entities
Lead stabilization, modernization, and multi-year reimplementation of core financial systems (D365)
Align and strengthen internal controls across corporate, operational, and investment accounting
Lead and develop a multi-level finance leadership team

20+ YOE Controllership, FP&A, and Transformation
Board-level reporting
ERP/FIS Transformation
Multi-entity, Private Equity experience
