Responsibilities
Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements
Performs financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus project budget
Processes project accounts payable and subcontracts payable
Manages vendor compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention and W-9s
Produces and analyzes job performance and profitability through jobs cost tracking reports
Assists in preparation of status reports and maintains accurate project statuses and budget information in COINs
Identifies and resolves basic and more complex project-related accounting issues and resolves in a timely manner

Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate to expert level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
3-5 years' of project accounting experience preferred
