Responsibilities
Prepare and verify that all indirect loan packages contain required documentation and are funded in a timely manner to ensure that the credit union meets the Service Level Agreements (SLA) associated with the Indirect Lending program
Review loan contracts for accuracy, perform a variety of complex indirect loan funding activities, analyze credit files, and provide customer service while working with a team
Auditing indirect, lease loan contracts for compliance purposes, updating data in the loan origination system, performing collateral value validations, assisting Dealer Services Specialist with any issues, and communicating funding and underwriting statuses to indirect dealerships
Work cooperatively with team members to accomplish work and cover phone queues as needed
Qualification
Required
0-1 years of related experience
General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Courtesy and tact
Strong math aptitude
Thorough knowledge of vehicle loan products
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Skills and working knowledge of consumer lending practices and regulations
Proficient skills within Microsoft Office and applicable consumer lending software
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
Ability to sit for extended time periods
Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
