Financial Planning Consultant
U.S. Bank is on a journey to help customers and businesses make better financial decisions. The Financial Planning Consultant is responsible for supporting relationship managers in financial planning growth and enhancing client experience within U.S. Bank Wealth Management.

Responsibilities
Provides proactive coaching and support through planning subject-matter-expertise to drive planning activity
Strategize on best practices, planning acumen and client opportunities centered on client goals
Partners with regional leadership and stakeholders to identify key planning opportunities and growth strategies
Leverage reporting and leader insights to focus efforts and advance the planning experience
Drives operational excellence through product management, defined success measures and coordinated field readiness
Deliver training presentations to relationship managers and field leadership
Support an exceptional client experience by advancing growth initiatives, strengthening plan quality efforts, and fostering ongoing education
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of wealth management experience
Preferred
Deep knowledge of Wealth Management Financial Planning
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop content and educational material for teams and client use on financial planning related topics
Provide technology, strategy, and coaching to relationship managers on financial planning with focus supporting growth efforts
FINRA Series 7 & 63, or willingness to obtain
