They are seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate project execution, ensuring quality control and adherence to budget and timelines.

Responsibilities
Own the plan, align execution, flag issues early
Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
Drive labor efficiency by staying within budgeted hours & eliminating redundancies/preventable mistakes
Issue work orders to team, coordinate with subcontractors & third parties
Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute plan sets/blueprints to team
Create, submit, get approval, execute change orders
Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation (e.g., ASIs, RFIs, GMPs, IFC drawings)
Qualification
Required
Awareness of the built environment (Commercial/MDU) and experience with all three phases of implementation
Worked with general contractors and other trades, understand what causes delays, and know how to stay proactive
A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ
Prior work on commercial construction sites and/or MDUs
Familiarity with NEC and local codes
Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation (e.g., ASIs, RFIs, GMPs, IFC drawings)
Preferred
3–7 years in construction project management (technology or low-voltage PREFERRED)
Experience (PREFERRED) - Procore, Builder Trend, Bluebeam, etc
