Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential investment opportunities across the Southern region with a focus on ground-up development deals
Analyze financial statements, lease agreements, and property performance data to assess the viability of potential acquisitions
Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses to support acquisition decisions
Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting the strengths and risks of each asset in the existing portfolio
Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and real estate market developments to provide insights that guide investment strategies
Maintain accurate records of property data, financial analyses, and market research findings
Assist in capitalizing deals by sourcing both debt an equity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience (post grad) in commercial real estate related role. (investment sales, or general real estate investment experience is fine! Does not need to be asset management)
Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and analysis, with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Most important is the right personality/ culture fit. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
