Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
Identify homeowner needs and present remodeling solutions
Close sales on the first visit
Explain pricing and financing options clearly
Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing coaching
Track activity and results in the CRM
Qualification
Required
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
Proven one-call-close ability
Professional in-home presence and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license and availability for evenings and weekends
Comfortable using an iPad, CRM, and digital sales tools
Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more
Comfortable driving for extended periods
Preferred
Home improvement or remodeling sales experience
