Responsibilities
Acting as the liaison between Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
Scheduling basic transportation needs and communicating with truck drivers for standard shipping
Applying limited knowledge of customer‑specific transportation requirements and the SFC/P‑copy process
Editing all truck loads in the system to ensure accuracy and timely delivery for specific processes or commodities
Delivering work orders to the appropriate personnel
Drafting job‑related correspondence, memorandums, and emails
Creating ad hoc reports as needed
Responding to a high daily volume of communication
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the work order process
Participating in Health, Safety, Quality, and lean initiatives
Completing all job duties safely and wearing required PPE
Assisting in additional operational duties as requested by leadership
Working directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery
Meeting all TKMNA employee attributes and competencies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of planner/scheduler work experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong working knowledge of MASS and Microsoft Office
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to read and write English and perform basic math
Basic computer knowledge for data entry
Strong safety mindset
Preferred
One year of customer service experience
Completion of, or progress toward, a two‑year degree
