Responsibilities
Be the friendly and helpful point of contact for our customers, providing personalized service and building strong relationships through various communication channels
Collaborate with our Sales and Service Teams to execute our service strategy and ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers
Process event bookings and changes accurately, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Use your expertise in golf and learned risk management skills to explain coverage terms, program updates, and monthly promotions to customers clearly and effectively
Work closely with internal departments to deliver a high-quality experience for our customers
Prioritize tasks and manage your workload efficiently to meet client service requests and business needs
May be asked to travel to and from events in your area and region based on operational need and event risk assessment. Reimbursement would apply
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in the golf industry, whether as a player, tournament organizer, or in sales/service roles
Ability to be adaptable, take feedback and learn scripts
Ability to thrive in a high-call volume environment
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple events/deals simultaneously
High energy and a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a fun and dynamic team
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce a plus but not required
A passion for sports is a plus!
