Account Executive - Enterprise
Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and they are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Executive to join their US sales team to grow their presence across key markets by building relationships and closing complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute strategic account plans across your assigned territory or sector
Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through a structured sales process
Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM records
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and senior stakeholders
Present compelling proposals and tailored solutions that align with client objectives
Manage expectations during presales, contract negotiation, delivery, and aftercare
Promote additional services and identify opportunities for account expansion
Lead and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and complex deal structures
Coordinate internal stakeholders and virtual bid teams to deliver quality submissions on time
Qualify opportunities and mitigate risks early in the sales process
Maintain a deep understanding of Content Guru’s storm® platform and relevant technologies
Keep informed of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings
Deliver solution demonstrations and articulate the business value of our platform
Collaborate with marketing and contribute thought leadership where appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience closing complex B2B deals in the SaaS, cloud, or IT services space
Experience selling to enterprise-level clients and senior executives
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
Skilled in account planning, negotiation, and consultative selling
Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
Note: Due to the security-sensitive nature of our work in the US, this role is restricted to US nationals
Preferred
Experience selling into vertical markets such as healthcare, utilities, or government is desirable
