Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in Field Operations
Learn, grow, and develop through meaningful projects
Work on servicing existing elevators and escalators, installing new elevators and escalators, and modernizing elevators
Collaborate to best serve customers and empower each other through support, autonomy, and trust
Be assigned progressively challenging projects that support growth in various lines of business
Provide continuous training and performance feedback throughout the internship
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in construction management, and related fields)
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Preferred
Prior field operations or construction internship experience is a plus
