We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, supporting the expansion of our mortgage vertical by analyzing data and making actionable recommendations to fuel growth in our Sales organization.

Responsibilities
Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes including target, quota setting and territory planning
Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning
Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making
Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives
Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy. Experience working directly with sales leadership
Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency
A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods
Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools
Preferred
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a mortgage or financial services context
