Sales Operations Analyst

Zobility is a company focused on supporting Sales Department business operations. They are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst responsible for data coordination, reporting activities, and supporting compliance efforts within the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

Establish weekly forecast release by consolidating all customer EDI data. Through analysis of weekly data and customer production and work schedule establish forecast estimate beyond EDI horizon
Continue to maintain and enhance Sales Dept forecast Dashboard through continuous improvement activities and skill development, continuously update and maintain with latest customer data to ensure forecast data and ratio accuracy
Review and Analyze forecast vs. prior weeks to identify trends or substantial changes. Communicate such information to internal departments to support their activities and questions related to customer forecast changes
Prepare, analyze, and provide commentary each month on Monthly Sales/Financial reports which are submitted to Top Mgt. and Parent and used for operations review and planning (4mo Forecast Mid-Month & End Month Reports)
Supports Sales department in preparation of studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, Mid Term Sales Plans, and Sales Forecasts
Serve as primary window person within Sales Team for JSOX Price Entry compliance (EBS Entry & Price Control)
Support Sales members with review & analysis of customer payment details, Retro Payment activities, Accounts Receivables follow-up activities, etc
Primary window for parts buildout management with related Account Managers to ensure details are regularly maintained and updated. Conduct routine meetings to review and update data to ensure accuracy
Prepare and update customer annual planning volume dashboard on biannual basis. Report to Sales, PM, and PC Depts for review of trends and capacity analysis
Represent Sales Dept in various cross-functional workgroups as necessary or requested by Sales Mgt team
Comply with and Support Sales Team QMS & Compliance activity as required (TS16949, JSOX, IA, etc.)

Required

3-5 years of prior experience w/in OEM Automotive supply chain business segment
Above average to advanced Excel and Data Analysis experience required
Willingness to obtain additional training
