Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and reconcile vendor statements
Create accounts receivable invoices and collect customer payments
Complete deposit operations and track daily electronic banking activity
Communicate with vendors, customers, and credit cardholders
Maintain historical records through document scanning and filing
Reconcile intercompany accounts
Analyze data to ensure accurate and complete financial records
Assist with month-end close, collect data, and prepare schedules
Provide financial support to senior level accounting staff
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Able to read, speak and write English
High school graduate or equivalent
Accounting Processor or similar role with 1-2 years' experience, and/or accounting coursework
Participates in professional development activities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Sensitive to confidential information
Work independently and with a team
