Responsibilities
Creates customer invoices on a daily basis
Cash application on a daily basis
Creates customer statements on a monthly basis
Communicating with customers regard past due invoices
Processing Payroll on Bi-Weekly Basis
Maintain employee profiles in Paycor & M1 (erp system)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or Associates degree in Accounting and 2+ years' experience
Strong Microsoft Office/Excel Skills
Strong technical, analytical and communication skills
Able to work independently and with other team members
Able to work effectively with end users and understands business needs and expectations
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems; preferably M-1
Experience with Payroll systems, preferably Paycor
