Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with moderate deal complexity and short-to-mid sales cycles
Conduct outbound outreach to identify and engage potential customers
Run discovery calls and product demos that clearly communicate Tapcheck’s value proposition and customer impact
Build trusted relationships with operational and HR leaders at mid-sized companies
Maintain an organized pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools
Close deals efficiently while ensuring strong customer fit and satisfaction
Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to support onboarding and retention
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions
Experience selling to mid-market customers or SMBs with multiple decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Candidates must already possess the right to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
