Qualification
Required
Familiarity with both Ruby on Rails and React
Experience working in a remote-first environment
3+ years of experience building and shipping web-based software products
Ability and desire to build fast and ship features on a daily / weekly basis
Strong communication skills
Ability to take direction and feedback from senior team members
Strong desire to learn about the trucking industry, meet with customers, learn about their businesses and workflows
Empathy for users and teammates
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
