Lead month-end close, journal entry review, and reconciliations
Manage and develop a team of Senior Accountants
Oversee general ledger accuracy and financial reporting
Partner with leadership on audits, tax filings, and ad-hoc reporting
Drive process improvements and help streamline accounting operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager (or strong Senior ready to step up)
Solid full-cycle GL and close experience
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Preferred
Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
