Responsibilities
Lead a Team of Supervisors and Team Leaders in an injection molding environment
Manage teams of injection molding supervisors / teams / techs in the Manufacturing Operations area
Provide guidance to injection molding team members regarding production targets, quality, and safety
Participate in problem solving related to quality and production
Coordinate Maintenance of injection molding machines lines
Qualification
Required
5-20 years experience as Supervisor or Manager or Operations Manager in an injection molding environment
Must have Background in Injection molding
Prior knowledge as a process engineer, mold tech, molding engineer from an injection molding environment will be considered
Degree is not required - looking for the right experience in people management - as a senior team leader or plant manager or production manager or operations manager in Automotive Parts Production operation
Preferred
Knowledge of Blow Molding or Compression Molding or Injection Molding is a plus
Prior knowledge of plastic quality problems - mold problem, short fills, flash, parting lines etc is a huge plus
